<Hayao Miyazaki> Hayao Miyazaki was born in Tokyo in 1941. He belongs to Studio Ghibli and is one of the famous Japanese film directors who has produced many masterpieces. He has many works, but I like "Kiki's Delivery Service" the most among them. Originally my mother liked this work and I often watched it when I was young. The main character, the witch Kiki, is very cute and my favorite. Also, the cityscape in the work is beautiful, and the music fits the story, and I think everything is wonderful!

<Frozen> Frozen was released in 2013 in the USA and in 2014 is Japan. It was directed by Chris Buck, Jennifer Michell Lee and featured voice acting by Bell in the USA and Sayaka Kanda in Japan. Singing was by Idina Menzel in the USA and Takako Matsu in Japan. It won the 86th Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film. It grossed over $400.7 million in the USA and 25.47 billion yen in Japan. In the Kingdom of Arendelle, there were two sisters named Elsa and Anna who were on good terms. Her older sister Elsa could use her magic, and she often pleased her younger sister Anna with her magic. However, one time she accidentally hurts Anna with Elsa's magic. Her forest troll powers heal Anna, but Elsa finds out about the terror of her own magic and shuts herself up in her room. Meanwhile, at Elsa's coronation, Anna falls in love with Prince Hans, whom she met that day. When she tells Elsa that she is engaged to Hans, she quarrels with her. Elsa escapes fr...

  <Fantastic Mr.Fox> I chose the director Wes Anderson and I watched the trailer for Fantastic Mr.Fox. I want to watch the whole movie because the foxes and other animals were very cute and the images were exciting to watch. And I watched all of Wes Anderson's trailers, and they were all interesting with their distinctive images.

<Inception> I've never seen a Christopher Nolan movie.     What caught my attention in the trailer was "Inception".     A lot of strange things were happening and I was wondering why this was happening.     In particular, the scene where the city tilts and the buildings collapse is so powerful that I was excited to see it.     I've heard the name before watching the trailer, and I think it's a famous movie, so I definitely want to see it.

<The Shining> Watching The Shining's Bat Scene made me feel really scared.    I don't really know what the story is like just by looking at this scene, but I thought it was a scary movie anyway.    I saw a scene where two children appeared in class before, but it was a very different image, so I was worried about the development.    But I don't like horror movies, so I don't want to watch them...

 <The Trouble with Harry> I saw the trailer for The Trouble with Harry.    When I saw the trailer for this movie, I had the impression that it wasn't that scary.    I thought it would be more like a suspense drama that is common in Japan rather than horror. Also, I don't really like horror movies and I don't like scary things, so I don't want to watch Alfred Hitchcock's movies.

 < Jurassic Park> I haven't seen the main story, so I just saw the trailer, but at first it felt like a heartwarming zoo, but it got scary midway through, so I'd like to see how the story unfolds.    There are attractions in USJ, so I'm curious about that too!  Also, it was faithfully reproduced, and I thought the CG technology of the video was amazing.

 < The Shawshank Redemption> I was very excited to see the trailer. The synopsis of the film makes it sound like the main character, Andy, is falsely accused, so I was curious as to how he was able to prove his innocence. Also, the picture is so beautiful that I can't believe it is an old movie. I can't really grasp the content of the movie from the trailer, so I'll have to watch it next time.

<"Seven Samurai" and "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly"> As for the differences between Japanese jidaigeki and Westerns jidaigeki , I watched the trailers for "Seven Samurai" and "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" and found that the biggest difference is that Japanese are in black and white and Westerns are in color. Also, maybe it is because of the scene, but I felt that there were more people around in Japanese and less people in the Westerns. I thought it was very interesting to see so many differences in the trailer alone!

<Concert Films Movies> One of the sub-genres movies discussed in the class that I was interested in was Concert Films Movies. I was interested in it because I have many opportunities to go to concerts and I like them even more. I especially enjoyed Michael Jackson's This Is It among the ones I saw this time. Michael is very cool, and it was an exciting movie to watch because it gave me a good idea of what goes on behind the scenes of a concert.

<The Sixth Sense> I'm not much of a horror movie person, so I don't watch many. One of the movies discussed in class that caught my attention was "The Sixth Sense. From the trailer and the synopsis, it didn't look like a horror movie, so I thought I could watch it even though I am not good at horror movies. I thought I could watch it even if I am not good at horror movies. It seems to be a very famous movie, so if there is an opportunity to air it in the future, I would love to see it!

<Marilyn Monroe> I think Marilyn Monroe is every woman's dream! I especially love her hair color. I have never had my hair color that bright, but I would love to have a beautiful bright hair color like Marilyn's someday. And no matter what shape of dress she wears, it always looks good on her, and I don't think there are many people like that in this day and age, so I felt again that she was an amazing person.

<42> I have seen "42" before. I am a baseball fan, so I had heard of "Jackie Robinson," the main character in this movie. I had heard of him, but I did not know much about what he accomplished, so it was very interesting to learn about him for the first time. It is also a very thought-provoking movie about racism, so I think it is an interesting movie to watch even if you are not really interested in baseball.

  <Beauty and the Beast> I don't watch many musical movies, but I have seen "Beauty and the Beast" in one of the trailers mentioned on your blog. I especially like the songs in the play. I am familiar with the song because I hear it not only when I am watching the movie, but also on a regular basis. Also, I would like to continue to watch this movie because it is not only a musical movie but also belongs to various genres.

  <Jiro Dreams of Sushi> I don't watch many documentary films, but I was interested in "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" in the trailer I did this time.  I thought it was very cool to see the Japanese culture of sushi.  I think it's an expensive sushi restaurant, so I can't get my hands on it, but I wanted to go eat someday!

<Steamboat Willie> I like "Steamboat Willie" in the animation I saw this time.  This movie is played at Mickey's House and Meet Mickey in Tokyo Disneyland, so I've watched it many times since I was little.  Of course I'm familiar with it because it's my favorite Disney work and Mickey's debut work.  It's interesting no matter how many times you look at it, so I hope everyone will see it!

<Alice in Wonderland> Of the several trailers I saw in this class, Disney movies were the most familiar.  In particular, "Alice in Wonderland" has been a favorite movie since I played it at a playground when I was a kindergarten student.  I like anime so I often watch it, but I've only seen the live-action version once, so I'd like to see it for the first time in a while!

<The 15:17 to Paris> I don't watch historical films, so I chose the title of the trailer that looked interesting.    "The 15:17 to Paris" looks interesting so I took a look.    I didn't know anything about the content, but it was very interesting because I like movies and programs such as hijacking documentaries.    I would love to see it when I have time!

<Star Wars> I don't watch science fiction movies, but I like Disney so I know a little about Star Wars. I don't know much about the content of the movie, but I like the character R2-D2 because it's cute. And since my teacher in high school was said to be similar to Yoda, I'm a little familiar with him! Also, Star Wars has a different release order and time series, and it is very interesting that it is released from episode 4. I thought it was a mystery because the production was also done from episode 4. Next time I have time, I'll start with episode 4.
